R: Good morning, housekeeping. Can I help you?
早上好,客房部,有什么能為你效勞的?
G: I’m Cruise in 1841. It’s already ten o’clock but my room still hasn’t been made up.
是1841號房的克魯斯,現在已經10點了,還沒有人收拾我的房間。
R: I’m sorry, sir. There have been many check – out rooms today and our housemaids have to make up those rooms first.
很抱歉,先生。由于今天有很多客人退房,我們的服務員必須整理退掉的房間。
G: But it’s unfair to the occupants!
但那對住客不公平呀!
R: I’m terribly sorry, sir. We’ll take this into consideration. May I call the room attendant up now to have your room tidied?

G: Yes, please.
